A Vietnamese Boyband Copied B2ST Shock

The Vietnamese band, Bat Ngo–HBO Band has recently uploaded a youtube video very much similar to B2ST’s hit track, “Shock.”


However, as many fans are quick to point out plagiarism, this may not necessarily be the case as it could simply be a cover – the track is also titled “( Shock )” in the opening credits. 


Regardless, if it was plagiarism or simply a cover, the video is unintentionally hilarious, check it out:

MBC Announcer Seo In Wore DooJoon's Clothes and Danced to Soom

MBC’s announcer Seo In, a graduate from Seoul National University’s College of Physical Training, transformed into a beastly man with BEAST’s Soom.

In MBC’s New Years Special ‘Dugun Dugun Star Studio of Love’ last February 2, he showed a different kind of charm from his normal clean and upright image.

In order to display charming appeal, he danced perfectly to BEAST’s ‘Soom’ and showed off his explosive masculine appeal. He impressed all the female stars with this tough appeal. He even showed his enthusiasm not only by practicing the dance in his spare time but even borrowing clothes from Doojoon himself.

B2ST Wishes Fans a ‘Happy Lunar New Year’

B2ST would like to wish their fans a Happy Lunar New Year!

Keeping the successes of last year in mind, the boys promised that they’ll make the year of the rabbit even more extravagant and successful. Through Sports Korea, B2ST shared the following Lunar New Year messages with their fans:

Lee Ki Kwang:
“It’s the year of the rabbit! I hope you guys have a happy Lunar New Year and I also hope everyone will hop like rabbits one step at a time towards success. I will probably spend my Lunar New Year with my family, and film for “My Princess“.

Even though my role is small, thank you all for giving me so much love. I will work even harder to respond to that love. The weather has been cold, so I hope you spend a warm time with your families.”

Yoon Doo Joon:
“Holidays like the Lunar New Year are special because we can spend time with our families. I’m really happy to be able spend time with my family this Lunar New Year’s. I hope you guys can also spend a happy and peaceful holiday with your family as well.

This year, B2ST will show you an even better look. Please support us!”

Yang Yo Seob:
“With our upcoming concert in February, I’m thinking I will spend my holiday practicing for it. I want to show the most wonderful stage for my fans and family. I hope you have a good Lunar New Year and eat lots of tasty food. Just be careful not to get a stomach-ache!”

Son Dong Woon:

Yoseob reveals his weight

Yoseob surprised his fans by revealing his weight in MBC’s ‘Bouquet‘ for their Lunar New Year’s special, and he had to carry women from the ‘Lady Generation’ team during a quiz game.

In the midst of asking the weight of others, Yoseob ended up exposing his own!

When he revealed that he was in the 50kg range (to be more specific, he’s 57kg), the females said, “Honestly, he’s not much different from us.”

Yoseob tried to act indifferent about the ordeal, but only succeeded in further gaining everyone’s attention.

He showed an outstanding performance that day as the only male on the ‘Lady Generation’ team. Consequently, he ended up receiving the older women’s love all at once.

Jung Juri Parodies Beautiful

Gagwoman Jung Juri gave her attempt of parodying both B2ST’s “Beautiful” and IU’s “Good Day,” complete with IU’s long hairstyle and solid one-piece to match. Her perfect rendition of both tracks was said to have put the studio in awe despite the comical intent in KBS 2TV’s “Lunar New Year Global Star Blue & White Match.”.


It can be remembered that Jung Juri has guested in an episode of B2ST's Idol B2ST Maid before.

HyunSeung Post a Kiddie Picture of Him with His Sister

HyunSeung who is not oftentimes doing this has been quite open to the fans lately as he posted a kiddie picture of him with his younger sister in his YOZM along with the message:

"Are you guys spending Lunar holidays well?^^Eat lots of delicious food~Gain some weight and during the concert, (you guys) must show powerful support right!!!Picture is (taken) during my childhood together with my younger sibling~ kekekeke It was a picture taken by my Dad^^ Ah such cool people…"

Almost every member of Beast has been posting their young pictures lately DooJoon's kiddie picture was posted by his sister recently in her twitter account while both YoSeob and DongWoon had posted their grade school pictures this week in their twitters. Of course, we are still waiting for GiKwang and JunHyung's kiddo pictures. For sure, one of these coming days they'll be posting theirs.

Yoseob has been keeping himself busy with twitter even on a holiday vacation and even posted an adorable picture of himself from what seems to be a yearbook picture from his elementary school days. Along with the picture, Yoseob tweeted, “For fans, I have released a past photo of myself…haha, I think this was when I was in 6th grade…”
