10asia Magazine Released in Japan

In response to the increasing popularity of Korean music in Japan, 10asia is being translated into Japanese and will be released in Japan as "10asia+star"; the first issue was released on March 3. 10asia, a Korean magazine known for its highly accurate commentaries and deep interviews, was first started in 2008. It also began to publish an idol-specific magazine called "10asia+idol" in late 2010.

The first Japanese issue, pictured left, features articles and interviews about SNSD, SHINee, BEAST, MBLAQ, Big Bang's TOP and Taeyang, C.N. Blue's Jung Yongwa, 2AM, Wonder Girls, f(x), and gravure photos of the members of Miss A.

BEAST was part of the Korean Idol circle who is expected to debut this month in Japan. Last November they already had a showcase, which was attended by at least 10,000 Japanese B2UTIES. They also participated last month in well known designer's Yumi Katsura's fashion collection show.

Each issue of 10asia+star is being sold in Japan for 1365 yen (tax included).
