Last May 21, BEAST were invited to perform in the opening ceremonies of the Floating Island in Seoul.
The Floating Islands have been a huge project. For one, it is said to be the world’s largest artificial floating island in the world and the first equipped with an aquatic convention center. Secondly, with many private investments, the construction costed W96.4 billion (approximately $88 million). And after 25 years of managing the operations, FLOSSOM Corporation will donate the island to the city government.
In the said event BEAST was also able to promote and perform the songs from their First Full Length Album, Fiction and Fact.
