Cllio is famous is very much famous in producing world-class brand of eyeliners.
Among those who top the poll are Lee Hyori who got the first place for female while T.O.P took first place for women.
KiKwang took second place along with model Jang YounJoo.
For the modern times, males have been using eyeliners as part of their eye make-up. It has been very important in improving their appearance, making their facial features either stronger or softer.
